Base pay range $132,000.00/yr - $264,000.00/yr

Position Summary The Director, Product Marketing leads the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive product awareness and adoption across multiple markets. This role involves leveraging market research, business data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to inform decision‑making and optimize product positioning. The director oversees training programs, product demonstrations, and marketing initiatives while fostering cross‑functional partnerships to enhance customer engagement and business outcomes. With a focus on strategic communication and continuous improvement, this position ensures alignment with organizational goals and advances innovative marketing practices to support sustained growth.

Team The VIZIO Ads Product Marketing and Strategy team partners across functions to create a unified narrative for all B2B communications, including client proposals, industry events, and external materials. This team supports Ad Sales by delivering solution‑based strategies and enablement resources that enhance advertiser partnerships and drive revenue growth. Focused on product marketing, adoption strategies, market research, and stakeholder management, the team plays a key role in shaping effective sales strategies and business communication to advance VIZIO’s advertising solutions in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies to drive awareness and adoption across multiple markets.

Oversee market research initiatives to inform product positioning and identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Design and deliver comprehensive product training programs and demonstrations to enhance client proficiency.

Utilize business data analysis to evaluate marketing effectiveness and guide decision‑making.

Drive the creation of compelling proposals and presentations to support product launches and sales strategies.

Foster continuous improvement by mentoring team members and promoting best practices in marketing.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in product marketing, including product awareness, adoption strategies, and market research.

Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and collaborate effectively with many stakeholders.

Strong expertise in business data analysis, utilizing tools and methodologies to inform marketing strategies.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

Demonstrated success in designing and delivering product training and demonstrations.

Strategic mindset with a track record of developing and implementing marketing plans across multiple products.

Proficiency in managing customer relationships and resolving complex issues to enhance satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 4 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

7 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree — Business Administration.
