Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or related field
2–4 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server, Snowflake)
Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with statistical programming languages (Python, R)
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory reporting
Understanding of financial lifecycle processes
Experience with predictive modeling and scenario analysis
What You Will Be Doing Technically, your work will be split as follows:
50% SQL and database work
30% dashboard and visualization development
20% predictive modeling and reporting
Daily Responsibilities
60% hands-on data analysis and reporting
20% stakeholder collaboration
20% strategic recommendations and presentations
