Responsibilities
Needs assessment, design and development, and successful delivery of learning content to the Trainers that aligns with business and learning objectives
Collaborating with stakeholders to help them understand the best tools, techniques and strategies for accomplishing their training goals.
Ability to provide creative and purposeful ideas when it comes to content design and affiliated learning assets
Assisting with administrative functions related to our Learning Management System such as uploading and testing new course content, assisting with the User registration process, contributing to general course maintenance.
Act as a change agent by embracing new ways of learning and remaining current on new learning technologies (i.e., LMS, Content Providers, and eLearning tools)
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or a related field preferred
3+ years of instructional design experience, including e-learning design methodologies
Experience using learning development tools including Articulate 360/Storyline/Rise, Vyond, Camtasia, and Captivate
Proficient in working with Learning Management Systems and designing to learning industry standards (e.g., SCORM/AICC)
Demonstrated success in applying the principles of instructional design and learning & development methodologies
Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet deadlines in an environment with minimal oversight
