The

Sales and Marketing Director

will be responsible for generating and managing leads, qualifying prospects, and guiding them through the transition of moving into their new home. In partnership with the Executive Director and VP of Sales, you will create a cutting‑edge strategic marketing plan aimed at achieving budgeted occupancy targets.

What I’ll Do Every Day

Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community.

Ideate ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals.

Work with the team to execute events that draw prospects to the community.

Build relationships with community organizations and professional groups to increase collaboration opportunities.

What You Need to Be Successful

3 or more years of marketing experience or a sales background (outside sales preferred).

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience).

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organization and diligence in following up with prospects.

Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests.

Wage Range

– Base $40–43/hr plus monthly bonuses.
