Join the Ivy Living family as a Sales and Marketing Director at Ivy Park, a premium senior living community on a landscaped campus in San Ramon. Managed by Oakmont Management Group, the community offers five-star services and a commitment to authenticity, teamwork, compassion, commitment, and resilience.
The Sales and Marketing Director will generate and manage leads, qualify prospects, and guide them through the transition to their new home. Working closely with the Executive Director and VP of Sales, you will develop a cutting‑edge marketing plan to achieve budgeted occupancy targets.
What I Will Do Every Day
Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours.
Ideate ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted goals.
Collaborate with the team to execute events that attract prospects.
Build relationships with community organizations and professional groups to expand collaboration opportunities.
What Will I Need to Be Successful
3+ years of marketing experience or a sales background (outside sales preferred).
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and diligence in following up with prospects.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must pass a criminal background check and health screening including physical and TB tests.
Wage Range
– Base $40‑43/hr plus monthly bonuses.
