The Vice President of Sales and Marketing is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for Service, Equipment, and Parts. Oversee all aspects of the sales function, including sales team management, customer relationship management, and sales operations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the market and customers. Additionally, it will require hands‑on selling, developing, and owning customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth goals.
Directly manage the sales team and be a coach‑player in the sales process.
Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and prospects.
Set sales goals, forecasts, and performance metrics; monitor and report results.
Drive the development of proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
Oversee creation and execution of a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with company objectives.
Guide branding, digital marketing, content, events, and lead generation efforts.
Manage marketing budget and ROI analysis.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform campaigns.
Team Development
Recruit, train, and mentor team members across sales and marketing.
Provide coaching, feedback, and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
Foster a high‑performance culture with clear goals and accountability.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, finance, and human resources teams.
Strategic Growth
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels.
Contribute to overall business strategy and planning as a member of the executive team.
Support product development and customer success with insights from the field.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Masters Degree preferred).
5‑7+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing, including leadership roles.
Proven track record of growing revenue and effectively leading and motivating a sales team to achieve targets.
Strong understanding of business‑to‑business strategies in medical equipment/device or related industry preferred.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools (Salesforce preferred).
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
