Position Overview
We’re seeking a strategic and hands‑on Director of Growth to lead full‑funnel demand generation, content strategy, and pipeline acceleration. This role is pivotal in shaping our marketing efforts, leveraging AI tools, and collaborating cross‑functionally to fuel revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
Own Full‑Funnel Demand Generation:
Develop and execute strategies from ICP targeting to campaign launches, lead qualification (SQLs), and pipeline creation to drive measurable revenue outcomes.
Build Content Flywheel:
Lead the creation and distribution of high‑impact content, including blogs, PR releases, short‑form videos, eBooks, customer success stories, and product roadmap announcements.
Execute Growth Roadmap:
Implement a 12‑month plan aligned with pipeline goals, optimizing for efficiency and scale.
Manage Nurture & Re‑Engagement Campaigns:
Oversee inbound and outbound programs to maximize lead conversion and customer retention.
Coach SDR Team:
Provide guidance on messaging, sequencing, objection handling, and qualification to enhance sales development effectiveness.
Collaborate on Pipeline Health:
Partner with the Head of Sales to analyze field feedback, refine strategies, and ensure robust pipeline performance.
Manage Campaigns and Tactics:
Design, implement, and optimize multi‑channel marketing campaigns and tactical initiatives to achieve demand generation objectives.
Oversee Marketing Tech Stack:
Select, manage, and integrate marketing technologies to streamline operations, track performance, and enable data‑driven decisions.
Lead Digital Marketing Efforts:
Direct website management, optimization, and digital channels to enhance online presence and support lead generation.
Who We’re Looking For
7‑10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 7+ years focused on demand generation and content creation.
Proven ability to generate $5M+ insourced pipeline annually for companies.
A player‑coach mindset: Hands‑on experience writing content, recording videos, testing campaigns, and optimizing tactics while leading strategy.
Expertise in managing end‑to‑end content processes, from ideation to launch (e.g., crafting headlines, producing 30‑second videos, and running LinkedIn campaigns).
Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Clay, Claude, and Gong for insights and automation.
Background in asset‑intensive or SAP‑centric markets, with strong collaboration across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
