Analyst, Regional Marketing Strategy - Growth

This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team! As an Analyst, Americas Marketing Regional Strategy for Growth Luxury/Lifestyle, you will support areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. On the Regional Marketing Strategy team reporting to the Senior Manager, Americas Marketing Regional Strategy you will work on projects including execution of regional Luxury/Lifestyle strategy for Americas hotels, collaborate with partner teams to develop marketing programs that are optimized for growth.

How You Will Make An Impact What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like
Collaborate with key partner teams to develop content, messaging, creative and imagery for Luxury/Lifestyle marketing plans.
Manage Luxury/Lifestyle program placement tactics to ensure delivery against marketing and paid media plans.
Update all tracking tools as part of asset management and internal communications process.
Submit regular communication updates to leadership on growth marketing programs and campaign milestones, to ensure visibility across the organization.
Develop monthly performance presentations for assigned marketing plans, recapping results.
How You Will Collaborate With Others
You will engage with global marketing content and creative teams to ensure execution of brand identity across assets, including the delivery of and asset deployment across channels.
You will collaborate with integrated teams across paid media, planning and performance, creative and content development teams to develop programming and report on results of strategy.
You will participate in partner meetings and report on meeting outcomes and opportunities.
What You Will Take Ownership Of
You will be responsible for all creative asset management across Luxury/Lifestyle campaigns with key partners on America's Marketing, ensuring the procurement of and delivery of assets.
You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the success of marketing campaigns by managing reports, obtaining proof of performance, and building communication plans to stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
One (1) year of work experience in marketing, hospitality or related field
Familiarity with creative development and project management
Thrive in a collaborative team environment
Travel up to 20% (if applicable)
Hybrid schedule in McLean, VA (3 days per week in office)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality or related field
Experience working on luxury or lifestyle brands
