The Hilton McLean Tysons Corner and the Embassy Suites by Hilton Alexandria Old Town are looking for a Complex Senior Marketing Manager. The Hilton McLean Tysons Corner features 458 guestrooms and 28,000 square feet of meeting space, while the Embassy Suites by Hilton Alexandria Old Town offers 288 guestrooms and 13,052 square feet of meeting space.
Ideal Candidate At least three years of marketing experience with strong digital expertise in e‑commerce and social media. Proficient with Google Analytics, Meta platforms, and CRM systems, with a solid understanding of performance tracking, reporting, and KPI optimization. Excellent cross‑department collaboration, marketing calendar management, and hotel activation execution. Graphic design skills essential, including Canva asset creation.
Shift Pattern Office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.

What will I be doing?

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Sales and Revenue Management to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools to keep campaigns innovative and effective.
Generate monthly marketing reports and deliver insights to leadership for decision‑making.
Ensure brand consistency and maintain a strong visual identity across all channels.
Balance multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
