We are looking to add a Complex Marketing Manager to oversee marketing planning and execution for both properties.

The salary for this position ranges from $87,000.00 to $96,000.00 annually, based on experience and location.

Responsibilities A Marketing Manager will assist the Director of Sales and Marketing in delivering outstanding service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

Develop strategic marketing plans and establish annual budgets with GM, DOSM, and DORM. Plans span annual, monthly, and segmented deployments, including cost and media strategy based on competitive data.

Create, manage and implement short‑ and long‑term media and marketing programs to grow revenue, awareness, and property products.

Manage strategic direction for social media, websites, digital & print advertising, email and collateral.

Identify and liaise with outside agencies; develop agenda strategy and coordinate with internal corporate partners such as Brand, Destination and ECG.

Oversee the strategy, budget and development of visual assets; arrange photo and video shoots as needed.

Develop website content strategy for hotel‑level websites.

Coordinate influencer strategy with the PR team and run paid marketing surveys on service levels and product concepts.

Work with operations to create curated on‑property experiences and activations.

Support B2B sales and catering marketing; collaborate with sales leaders on business transient accounts, GDS, B2B groups and luxury segments.

Manage execution of marketing‑specific assets and content, including website, third‑party sites, social media, digital and traditional advertising.

Qualifications The ideal candidate brings the following:

College degree in marketing or hotel management (preferred).

Experience in a marketing role within the hospitality sector.

Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects to tight deadlines.

Experience creating and managing marketing campaigns with budgets.

Deep understanding of marketing strategy and initiative functions while managing multiple streams.

Skill in implementing effective marketing plans, budgeting, reporting and analysis.

Excellent communication skills in writing, listening and speaking English.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, budgeting, project and time management.

Analytical, critical and strategic thinking abilities.

Ability to influence others and maintain positive relationships.

Strong interpersonal, leadership and cultural sensitivity skills.

Informed judgment, time‑management and decision‑making.
