What will you be doing?
Prospect and cold call new clients across the Boston and surrounding territories
Visit clients in the field and manage your existing account base to drive growth
Operate from a home office while traveling locally about 85% of the time
Sell innovative advertising solutions, including radio and digital advertising, to small, medium, and large companies
Must have these skills:
Proven background in advertising/media sales (traditional, digital, or display)
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Self-motivated go-getters with a hunger to bring in new business
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
At least five years of B2B sales experience in advertising
What is being offered:
Strong base salary plus uncapped commissions, incentives, and bonuses. Top performers consistently earn six figures, with a clear path to $200K+ in three years.
In the first year or two, they offer a substantial guaranteed salary, allowing you to ramp up and become comfortable in the territory. Once you establish a strong billing territory of clients, you are paid on both new and renewal business. This is when you can reach high income levels of $150,000 to $200,000 plus!
