As an Amazon PPC Manager, you will be vital in continuing our efforts as an industry leader by creating best‑in‑class PPC strategies for accounts on Amazon, Walmart, and Instacart. You will work with a team of PPC Specialists and Data Specialists to drive profitable sales growth for Acadia’s clients.
A week in the life of an Acadia PPC Manager
No‑stress commuting: You work from home, only commuting to a coffee shop or your home office.
Advertising optimization: Use Amazon’s Advertising Console dashboards, third‑party software for keyword research, and automated optimization tactics.
Communication: Present latest results and upcoming tactics to internal and client appointments.
Management: Oversee a small team of PPC Specialists, hold 1:1 meetings, and support their development.
Collaboration: Coordinate with PPC colleagues and other team members (brand protection, SEO, organic marketing).
Innovation: Analyze competitors and create plans to drive new business.
Reporting: Deliver data, stories behind the data, and next steps to clients.
Trends: Identify trends and take appropriate action.
Thought leadership: Contribute to the company blog, attend webinars, and share insights on Amazon advertising.
Job Expectations
Manage complex pay‑per‑click and display advertising campaigns with thousands of targeting options per account.
Work in a collaborative team culture.
Coordinate several projects simultaneously.
Identify opportunities for clients’ growth and new services for existing markets.
Provide high‑level summaries and efficiently present in‑depth analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is preferred.
3+ years of experience with Pay‑Per‑Click advertising (Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads).
1+ years of experience with Amazon Advertising.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to work well independently and be self‑motivated.
Excellent analytical, oral and written communication.
Attention to detail while handling multiple priorities.
