About The Role The Marketing Retention Analyst works alongside the broader marketing and BI teams to identify opportunities to retain our most valuable assets and drive business growth. This role supports a data‑driven culture, provides actionable insights, and identifies efficiencies within CRM, omnichannel, and loyalty initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of actionable insights and analysis in response to key business questions.
Manage multiple short‑and long‑term projects, meeting deadlines and advancing the business.
Drive the analytics strategy within CRM, Omnichannel & Loyalty in collaboration with marketing leads.
Interface regularly with internal and external stakeholders to identify focus areas.
Essential Functions
Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and related technology for extended periods.
Qualifications
2+ years of commercial experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
Advanced SQL proficiency.
Advanced Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with a programming language (e.g., Python, R).
Experience utilizing visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau (Power BI and DAX preferred).
Experience leading analytical strategies across a commercial business.
Confidence presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Experience working with large, complex, and sometimes incomplete datasets.
Basic understanding of sports betting in the United States.
Business‑standard proficiency in the English language.
Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range: $73,000–$90,000. Eligible for performance‑based bonus plan.

Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements Applicants must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional gaming agency. Licensure must be maintained as required; failure to comply may result in termination. Background checks are part of the licensing process.
