Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Automation
Design and execute multi‑channel digital marketing journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Core
Develop and maintain automated email workflows for nurturing, onboarding, re‑engagement, and retention
Implement segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization strategies using first‑party and behavioral data
Ensure timely QA and deployment of digital campaigns
Website Management (Kentico Experience CMS)
Own the execution and updates of web content using Kentico Experience CMS
Partner with Content Manager to publish blogs, landing pages, and resources optimized for SEO and UX
Work with development resources and IT to manage site enhancements, technical performance, and personalization features
Monitor and improve web performance and content engagement across key audiences
Marketing Analytics & Optimization
Track and report on campaign KPIs, including open/click rates, conversions, and engagement across digital channels
Provide actionable insights to improve digital content, email campaigns, and user journeys
Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce dashboards, Power BI, and Kentico Experience analytics for real‑time and trend reporting
A/B test content, layouts, and send strategies to optimize performance
Social Publishing & AI Integration
Collaborate with the Content and Lead Gen teams to publish and schedule organic social content
Monitor social performance and engagement trends to refine publishing strategies
Explore and integrate AI‑powered tools for personalization, campaign optimization, and content distribution
Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends and tools to drive innovation
Skills
Deep experience with marketing automation platforms, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Strong understanding of CMS platforms, especially Kentico, including user permissions, module editing, and web publishing best practices
Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS
Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience in reporting across marketing channels
Excellent understanding of lead nurturing, scoring, segmentation, and journey mapping
Highly collaborative with strong communication and project management skills
Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for optimizing digital experiences through testing, analysis, and personalization
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Automation and Technology.
Experience in an integrated marketing function with deep Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Digital Asset Management, HTML, and Kentico CMS experience preferred.
Minimum: BS/BA degree in business, marketing, technology or similar.
