Marketing Director
Join us at Gamer's Choice, a leading destination for trading card game players and collectors, located in Queens, New York. As the Marketing Director, you will lead strategic and creative initiatives to grow brand awareness, drive acquisition, and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy focused on brand growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
Partner with leadership on long‑term growth planning, budgeting, and performance goals.
Define KPIs and establish data‑driven decision‑making frameworks across all marketing channels.
Oversee content strategy for all platforms, including website, email, social media, Whatnot, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and community engagement channels.
Develop and manage influencer, creator, and partnership initiatives to grow brand presence.
Ensure brand consistency and authenticity across all marketing touchpoints.
Design and execute paid media strategies (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) focused on ROI and scalable customer growth.
Build a robust organic marketing ecosystem through SEO, content marketing, and community engagement.
Develop lifecycle marketing programs through email, SMS, and loyalty initiatives to drive repeat purchases and LTV growth.
Implement advanced attribution and analytics tools to measure and optimize channel performance.
Qualifications
6–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or director‑level role.
Proven success in building and scaling e‑commerce marketing strategies from early‑stage growth to significant revenue.
Deep understanding of paid media, organic content, email/lifecycle marketing, and analytics.
Strong grasp of social media trends, short‑form video, influencer marketing, and community engagement.
Experience with marketing and analytics platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Analytics, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Preferred
Experience in the collectibles, gaming, or hobby e‑commerce industry.
Track record of successful campaign launches across multiple channels (especially TikTok, YouTube, and Whatnot).
Strong data literacy — comfortable analyzing CAC, ROAS, LTV, churn, and other key performance metrics.

$110,000 – $150,000 per year + Performance Incentive
