What You’ll Do As the leader of events and demand generation, you’ll drive Pindrop’s global event and demand strategy, integrating high‑impact field programs, tradeshows and digital campaigns that generate pipeline, deepen customer relationships and strengthen brand awareness. You will:

Act as the cross‑functional leader for pipeline management and orchestration across all business units to ensure coverage for hitting quarterly booking goals and report results to the Executive Leadership Team.

Manage the demand generation funnel: lead flow nurture strategy, conversion optimization and velocity tracking across channels.

Define and own the end‑to‑end strategy for multi‑channel demand generation including planning, execution and measurement for both new logo and expansion pipeline across all expanding portfolio and regions.

Architect and oversee integrated campaigns across digital, field and partner channels connecting events with ABM and lifecycle programs to maximize ROI.

Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, CS and Finance to align messaging, target segments and campaign design across key verticals (e.g. banking, insurance, telco, healthcare).

Lead the planning and execution of events globally including tradeshows, customer events, executive roundtables, webinars and partner events, aligning content and audience strategy to business priorities.

Build scalable event‑to‑demand workflows that drive measurable outcomes through AI‑powered personalization, predictive analytics and data enrichment.

Oversee budget allocation and forecasting for events and demand‑gen investments, optimizing spend based on performance metrics.

Develop attribution and reporting frameworks to connect event and campaign activity to revenue, sharing exec‑ready dashboards and actionable insights.

Partner with RevOps to optimize marketing technology, data quality, consent management and compliance (GDPR / CCPA).

Lead a team of high‑performing marketers and agency partners fostering a culture of innovation, learning and accountability.

Champion responsible inclusive marketing by ensuring equitable audience targeting, diverse representation and ethical AI use in marketing operations.

Who You Are You are a strategic and creative marketing leader who thrives on delivering measurable growth through integrated campaigns and unforgettable customer experiences.

You’re comfortable managing complexity and driving alignment across Marketing, Sales and Product.

You embrace innovations, particularly the use of AI and analytics to enhance efficiency and personalization.

Your Skill‑Set Must‑Haves

15 years experience in demand generation, event marketing or integrated campaign leadership in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.

Proven people leadership skills and experience recruiting, managing and growing exceptional talent.

Proven track record in building and executing multi‑channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Strong understanding of ABM strategy, field marketing and event‑driven demand acceleration.

Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, Google Analytics).

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross‑functional collaboration at scale.

Nice‑to‑Haves

Experience applying AI and predictive insights to campaign targeting, personalization and measurement.

Familiarity with performance marketing, audience segmentation and customer lifecycle optimization.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; advanced degree or certification in digital marketing or data analytics preferred.

Audit current growth channels and technology stack; begin familiarizing yourself with AI‑powered tools and analytics platforms.

Meet cross‑functional teams (Product, Sales, Analytics) and align on growth priorities and KPIs.

Within 60 days you’ll

Propose recommendations for pipeline and campaign strategy using data and AI‑driven insights.

Launch your first growth experiment and rapidly iterate based on early learning and performance feedback.

Optimize existing campaigns through improved segmentation, personalization and automation.

Within 90 days you’ll

Roll out scalable growth initiatives with clear KPIs, including AI‑powered multi‑channel campaigns and refine the strategy using performance data and advanced analytics.

Partner with analytics and product leaders to integrate predictive lead scoring and marketing optimization.

Teach us something new by sharing insights from your experience or AI exploration.

Please note that the base pay range is a general guideline only. Pindrop considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, a candidate’s work experience, education / training and key skills, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. This position is eligible for additional compensation in the form of an annual discretionary bonus.

US Base Pay Range: $220,000 – $270,000 USD
