Integration Content Specialist
We are seeking an Integration Content Specialist to play a critical role in supporting organizational change initiatives by creating and managing content that drives clarity, engagement, and alignment during integration projects. This role focuses on crafting compelling narratives, developing communication assets, and ensuring consistent messaging across multiple channels to support employees through transitions such as mergers, acquisitions, and system implementations.
Duration: December - July 2026 Prefer candidate to be onsite 1-2 days a week
Key Responsibilities
Content Development: Create clear, engaging, and audience‑specific content for internal communications related to integration and change initiatives. Develop FAQs, newsletters, intranet articles, presentations, and leadership talking points.
Messaging Alignment: Ensure all content aligns with the overall change management strategy and organizational tone of voice. Collaborate with the Director of Internal Communications & Change Management to maintain consistency across all communication touchpoints.
Channel Management: Manage content distribution across internal platforms (intranet, email, collaboration tools). Optimize content for digital channels and ensure accessibility for global audiences.
Employee Engagement: Support campaigns that foster understanding and adoption of new processes, systems, and cultural changes. Gather feedback and adjust content strategies to improve engagement and clarity.
Project Support: Work closely with project teams to understand integration milestones and translate technical details into employee‑friendly messaging. Maintain a content calendar aligned with project timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
3‑5 years of experience in internal communications, content creation, or change management support.
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms (SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting M&A integration or large‑scale organizational change.
Knowledge of change management principles and frameworks.
Background in professional services or corporate environments.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
