Integration Change and Communication Specialist
Join the team as an Integration Change and Communication Specialist at Apex Systems.
Duration: December – July 2026. Prefer candidate be onsite 1-2 days a week.
We are seeking an Integration Change and Communication Specialist who will support the Director of Internal Communications & Change Management in delivering strategic change initiatives and communication programs. This role focuses on executing day-to-day activities that ensure smooth integration during organizational transformations, including mergers, acquisitions, and major business changes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at translating complex change strategies into clear, actionable communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Change Management Support: Assist in developing and implementing change management plans for internal integration project. Conduct impact analyses and support readiness assessments.
- Communication Execution: Draft and distribute internal communications, including emails, FAQs, presentations, and intranet content. Maintain communication calendars and ensure timely delivery of messages.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to align messaging and activities. Support leadership in preparing talking points and engagement materials.
- Employee Engagement: Monitor feedback channels and elevate concerns to the Director. Help organize town halls, webinars, and other engagement events.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on communication effectiveness and change adoption metrics. Provide insights to improve future initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, HR, or related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in internal communications, change management.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with change management principles and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting M&A integration or large‑scale organizational change.
- Proficiency in communication platforms (SharePoint, Teams, intranet tools).
- Background in professional services or corporate environments.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
