The

Manager of Product Content Marketing

is responsible for defining product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market product strategies that differentiate our services from competitors and drive customer adoption. This role focuses on translating product features into compelling sales stories, creating onboarding and support collateral, and ensuring clear, customer-facing communications across sales and customer support touchpoints. The Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver effective sales enablement materials, consistent product communications, and proactive customer support resources that enhance the overall customer journey.

Duties / Responsibilities

Define value propositions that differentiate products (Internet, Video, Managed Wi‑Fi, etc.) from competitors and develop messaging frameworks for marketing campaigns and customer communications.

Develop product feature/benefit one‑sheeters, onboarding material, and customer communications, as well as FAQs and support/troubleshooting guides.

Build and maintain sales support tools (pitch decks, sales sheets, and job aids) to support sales teams and account managers in upselling and renewals.

Design and execute proactive omni‑channel customer communications for product launches, updates, feature enhancements, and support/troubleshooting tips; develop and manage network/channel programming communications.

Lead the creation of multimedia support assets, including product feature videos, troubleshooting guides, and “how‑to” tutorials.

Collaborate with creative teams to ensure collateral and campaigns accurately reflect product capabilities and customer benefits, translating technical product details into clear, customer‑friendly messaging.

Own and coordinate ongoing updates to product pages, support portals, and digital journeys.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.

6+ years of product marketing, telecom/ISP experience preferred.

Proficiency in presentation development and customer‑facing communications.

Track record of creating effective enablement materials that drive sales adoption.

Ability to manage multiple projects in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.
