We’re seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Engagement Manager to drive strategic marketing initiatives and customer engagement programs for our internet provider partners. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, feature adoption, engagement, and retention across our ISP partner network. You'll own creating compelling pitch decks, developing marketing claims, buy flow optimizations, customer retention programs, and lead developing marketing capabilities that can scale globally. Key job responsibilities

Lead the development of comprehensive partner marketing strategies across the ISP (internet service provider) lifecycle Collaborate with partner success and business development teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies, including launch plans, content development, and campaign execution Lead the development of partner success stories, case studies, and thought leadership content Design and implement partner marketing programs that drive measurable business outcomes Work cross-functionally with product teams, partner success teams, business development, sales ops, brand, data scientists, and marketing to ensure alignment and maximize impact Analyze program effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization Create compelling pitch decks, sales enablement materials, and marketing collateral that effectively communicate our value proposition to ISP partners Own point‑of‑sale marketing initiatives for both call center and online channels Create customer reference success stories and claims that influence decision making Test and measure buy flow optimization to improve customer attach rate of value‑added services and to improve sales conversions Develop and implement post‑sale retention and repair marketing programs Drive brand awareness and demand generation through targeted partner marketing campaigns Collaborate with product teams on feature releases and capabilities in order to weave these into campaign strategies Measure and optimize marketing program effectiveness using data‑driven insights Build and maintain strong relationships with key ISP stakeholders A day in the life

Lifecycle Marketing: Design and execute marketing programs for each stage of the partner journey Sales Enablement: Create compelling materials and messaging that help ISP sales teams effectively position our solutions Campaign Management: Lead the development and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement throughout the customer journey Performance Analytics: Track and report on key marketing metrics and program effectiveness Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships across internal teams and external partners Customer Understanding: Understand internet provider target audiences, their needs, and behaviors by conducting customer segmentation, gathering feedback through surveys, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities and concerns Strategic GTM Planning: Develop comprehensive Go‑to‑Market (GTM) strategies that align with product launches and ongoing marketing efforts, identifying the most effective channels and crafting impactful messaging Feedback Collection: Implement tools and processes for Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other surveys to gauge customer sentiment and gather actionable feedback for product and marketing improvements Feature Adoption: Build marketing campaigns for partners that encourage users to explore and adopt new features through targeted in‑app messaging and email campaigns to increase user engagement Launch Planning: Lead the planning and execution of new product and software launches Qualifications

Launch Planning: Leading the planning and execution of new product and software launches 8+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs Experience leading go‑to‑market for consumer software or hardware product launches Experience of B2B marketing best practices Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting MBA Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs MarTech experience Strong understanding or experience with ISP/telecommunications industry Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
