Overview We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Manager to join our Sales transformation practice within EY Studio+. The role involves working with client business teams across the lead‑to‑cash process to help clients reimagine their sales strategy, operations, process, and technology, accelerating revenue growth or optimizing efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery ensuring on‑time, on‑budget outcomes.

Create and manage the engagement resource plan and budget.

Collaborate with client executives to assess sales strategies, capabilities, processes and technologies.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to gather input and advance deliverables.

Lead cross‑functional teams and oversee seamless execution of sales transformation initiatives.

Lead and facilitate client workshops.

Advise clients on sales strategy, process and technology trends.

Provide input on enterprise sales processes and related technology platforms (e.g., CRM, CPQ, CLM).

Mentor junior team members, promoting growth and collaboration.

Stay current with emerging trends in sales operating models, customer experience and AI.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Bachelor’s degree (4‑year) in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field; MBA or equivalent considered.

5+ years of consulting or industry experience focusing on commercial functions or related technologies.

Experience leading teams and prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines.

Demonstrated facilitation of client‑facing meetings and workshops.

Strong problem‑solving and judgment skills.

Ability to participate in strategic design of projects, assisting with sales strategy, process and technology across industries.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Valid passport and U.S. driver’s license, willing and able to travel 50–80% domestically and internationally.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Experience in cross‑functional teams across the lead‑to‑cash process.

Knowledge of B2C/B2B sales environments and key performance indicators.

Understanding of leading sales practices, processes and technologies.

Experience developing and implementing measurable sales projects.

Knowledge of CRM, CPQ, CLM solutions and technology roadmaps.

Experience with third‑party vendor selection for digital transformations.

Understanding of end‑to‑end technology program delivery.

Knowledge of trends and technical capabilities in sales strategy and technology.

Ability to advise executive stakeholders on strategy and technology.

Foster an innovative, inclusive team environment and mentor staff.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

Technical knowledge of CRM, CPQ, CLM technologies and implementation experience.

Certification in any of the above technologies is a plus.

Familiarity with AI use cases supporting sales functions.

Experience with agile delivery methodology.

Awareness of industry trends, best practices and innovations.
