Program Assistant/Officer, Communications (Digital & Marketing)
Join the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA) as a creative and detail‑oriented Program Assistant/Officer, Communications, Digital & Marketing to support the organization’s communications and public engagement efforts. This role helps shape CEPA’s external voice and raises visibility through social media, digital content, and multimedia projects.

$50,000.00/yr - $56,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of CEPA’s social media platforms and develop content aligned with strategic goals;
Work with the Director, Communications & Information Systems to refine and implement social media strategy;
Create visual content for publications, events, and digital channels;
Manage the design, coordination, and distribution of CEPA’s newsletters;
Coordinate with external design, video vendors, and content creators;
Serve as point of contact for podcast and video content, including planning, production, and promotion;
Support development and dissemination of short‑form video content;
Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms and communications.
Qualifications
1‑2 years or more of relevant experience;
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail;
Ability to edit and write quickly and clearly;
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment;
Ability to work independently and within a team across the organization;
Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail;
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a time‑sensitive environment;
Understanding of and commitment to CEPA’s mission to transatlantic values and principles;
Ability to handle sensitive information, meet deadlines, and maintain grace under pressure.
A Successful Candidate Will Have
1‑2 years of experience in social media and digital marketing, with a focus on mission‑driven content creation, including a demonstrated ability to create engaging writing, graphic, and video content;
Experience in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro, Canva, email marketing tools (MailChimp, Klaviyo, Salesforce Pardot, or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, and social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar);
Demonstrated experience in video or podcast production;
Experience with Adobe Illustrator, CapCut, data visualization tools (Datawrapper, Flourish, Mapbox, or similar), project management software (Asana, Notion, or similar), social media advertising, or related tools is strongly considered.
