Known for its entrepreneurial culture and results‑driven approach, the firm combines institutional‑grade investment expertise with a quantitative process designed to manage risk effectively.

As Marketing Project Manager, you will oversee the end‑to‑end execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and channels. This role blends creative strategy with operational precision—you'll manage everything from educational content and thought leadership pieces to video interviews and integrated campaigns that elevate brand visibility and drive engagement.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership, including the CMO, to develop campaigns that build trust, generate leads, and convert interest into long‑term relationships. The firm uses the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to maintain accountability and streamline workflows, so you’ll play a key role in keeping projects on track and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Workflow Management

Serve as the central liaison between Marketing, Research, Sales, and Creative teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of content initiatives.

Own and maintain the master content calendar, coordinating deadlines, approvals, and publishing schedules.

Manage logistics for studio interviews and guest appearances, ensuring a professional experience for all contributors.

Content Development & Campaign Execution

Collaborate with leadership to design and execute creative campaigns across written, video, audio, and digital formats.

Oversee the full lifecycle of content creation—from ideation to publication—ensuring consistency with brand voice and strategic objectives.

Plan and execute events, including educational seminars and branded experiences, in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.

Performance & Optimization

Monitor campaign performance metrics and audience engagement to refine strategies and improve impact.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging formats to keep content fresh and competitive.

Ideal Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience in marketing, content development, or project management—preferably within financial services or professional services.

Proven ability to manage complex projects, lead generation campaigns, and nurture leads through marketing funnels.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with familiarity in financial terminology.

Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot), analytics tools, and social media management.

Skilled at managing internal stakeholders, external agencies, and high‑stakes projects under tight deadlines.

Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach—comfortable ideating, executing, and optimizing.
