About the Job We’re looking for someone who’s both creative and data-driven, someone who can turn artist vision into a compelling product, and drive real revenue through smart marketing, storytelling, and digital innovation.
This person will have a high-impact role shaping the entire D2C operation – from building out marketing and promotional strategies for product drops and tours to optimizing the digital shopping experience and increasing conversion rates. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a merchandising function that’s deeply embedded with our artists’ brands and career development.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies for product drops and tours.
Optimize the digital shopping experience to increase conversion rates.
Lead and expand the merchandising function embedded with artists’ brands.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate product vision into marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
8+ years in artist merchandising, e-commerce, or a related field.
Strong creative and data-driven mindset.
Experience with digital marketing, storytelling, and digital innovation.
Understanding of live touring and event merchandising logistics is a plus.
