Overview You will drive ground-breaking growth for Epsilon by leveraging your expertise in MarTech and AdTech solutions. In this role you will lead sales initiatives within your geographic or account-based territory, targeting key enterprises to generate new business and close multiple high-value deals annually. You will cultivate long-term relationships with decision-makers, positioning Epsilon as a strategic partner that offers innovative solutions to meet the industry’s needs.

What You’ll Achieve Orchestrate business development activities across all verticals, driving substantial revenue growth. Establish yourself as an industry authority in MarTech and AdTech, building strong consultative relationships. Close multiple enterprise sales deals each year, directly impacting Epsilon’s success and market position. Deliver tailored sales presentations that address specific client challenges and highlight the benefits of Epsilon’s solutions. Negotiate favorable contract terms and secure long-term partnerships.

Who You Are What you’ll bring with you

Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

Professional experience: Minimum of 6 years in sales roles with substantial exposure to new business development / new logo sales.

Seasoned sales professional: Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leadership in MarTech and AdTech.

Territory management experience: Extensive experience leading geographic or account-based territories and closing enterprise-level sales.

Trusted consultant: Ability to build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and position Epsilon as a strategic partner.

Skilled in tailored sales presentations: Ability to build and deliver presentations addressing client challenges.

Strategic negotiator: Proficiency in negotiation and contract closure, ensuring favourable outcomes for both parties.

Adaptable and forward-thinking: Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain leadership.

Dynamic and committed: Driven to achieve immediate sales success while contributing to long-term growth and partnerships.

Base Salary $120,000 - $180,000

In addition to base salary, this role may be bonus or incentive compensation eligible. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the applicant’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and applicable employment laws.
