Senior Growth Marketing Manager – Accounting Channel .

Candidate must be authorized to work in the USA without requiring sponsorship.

Location & Working Conditions

Location: Remote‑Hybrid (San Jose, CA 95002)

Duration: 6+ months

Work shift hours: 9‑5 pm PT

Hybrid – 3 days in office (Mon, Tue, Thu)

Interview process: Multiple stages – one-to-one interview, panel interview, and a final one-to-one.

Team size: 2 other marketers + cross‑functional partners (events, sales, product).

Software tools: Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, Inflection.

Job Overview Our Customer Marketing, Accountant Channel team is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Contractor) who is highly organized and eager to manage customer growth campaigns and field event marketing.

Required Skills

5–7 years of experience managing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns and customer communications.

Experience with email campaigns, promotions, and operational support.

1–2 years of experience (or knowledge of) field marketing.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Analytical and quantitative skills; bias toward data‑based decision making.

Strong project management, organizational, and time‑management skills.

Willingness to assist others on different projects and campaign needs.

Excellent proactive communication to raise key learnings and ideas on how to improve programs or processes.

Experience working cross‑functionally between creative, sales, product, and leadership teams.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and deploy multi‑channel campaigns (email focus) to increase customer product adoption, drive expansion, and retain the active customer base.

Manage and execute the pre‑defined strategy for customer field events, coordinating with the Customer Sales team and overseeing logistics and execution managed by the Accountant Channel events team.

Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive and execute program logistics, including copy, design, lead flows, website landing pages, and lead routing.

Report on program performance and analyze data to provide recommendations for optimizing campaigns and improving lead quality using Salesforce, Tableau, and marketing automation tools.

Manage lead flow from program channels, ensuring accurate lead routing and campaign attribution.

Work with management to determine budgets, goal setting, ROI metrics, and strategies.
