The Global Audit BMC Program Lead will support the ongoing development and growth of Audit as it continues on its journey of transformation.
Opportunity This senior‑level position collaborates with global and regional Assurance leadership, the Audit Transformation Office, Professional Practice, Quality Leadership, digital teams and other Assurance, Audit and BMC stakeholders to develop, create and activate marketing, communications and enablement programs that support the delivery, quality and technical aspects of the audit. You will manage program development, execution, measurement, senior stakeholder relationships, and guide marketing and communications teams.
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver complex multi‑channel marketing and communications activities with input from multiple stakeholders.
Manage senior stakeholder relationships and provide strategic counsel on brand, marketing and communications best practices.
Create marketing and communications programs, including positioning documents, thought leadership, digital content and product summaries within EY guidelines.
Support the ongoing transformation of audit with impactful change management communications and enablement.
Identify measurable goals and track success.
Manage and counsel marketing and communications professionals and play a senior role across the wider Assurance BMC group and BMC function.
Ability to travel occasionally.
Skills and Attributes
A proven track record of turning strategy into action to deliver B2B marketing and communications programs within an ever‑changing environment.
Project management and successful delivery within a matrixed and virtual team environment.
Strong communication skills – channel deployment, storytelling, resource and project management acumen and attention to deadlines; experience delivering programs across a complex, multinational, regulated environment.
Understanding of marketing channels and tactics with an emphasis on digital and the application of AI to standardize and simplify processes while improving the quality of deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent networking experience and skills with global leaders.
Demonstrated knowledge, skills and abilities concerning global business fundamentals, business models, ethics, competitive analysis and cross‑cultural/geographical sensitivities.
Flexibility in adapting to a changing role and responsibilities.
Proven ability to excel in a Big Four or professional services firm.
Collaborate globally and occasionally work outside normal business hours.

What We Offer You
Comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Base salary range (US): $128,700–$247,800. For New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento): $154,500–$281,600. Total rewards include medical, dental, pension, 401(k) and paid time off.
Hybrid work model: 40‑60% in‑person for external client‑serving roles.
