Position Overview: The Head of Marketing will be a key member of our executive team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and customer acquisition. This role requires a seasoned marketing generalist with deep expertise in growth and acquisition, as well as experience in building and leading high‑performing marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the company’s business objectives and growth targets.
Lead the execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Build and manage a high‑performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Oversee all aspects of marketing, including budget management, resource allocation, and ROI maximization.
Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data‑driven insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive cohesive go‑to‑market strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or similar senior marketing leadership role, preferably in a high‑growth startup environment.
Deep expertise in growth and acquisition marketing, with a track record of successfully driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Strong marketing generalist experience, with proficiency in digital marketing, content marketing, brand management, and demand generation.
Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and mentor high‑performing marketing teams.
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Experience managing marketing budgets and driving efficient allocation of resources.
