Senior Manager, B2B Integrated Marketing About the Team DoorDash Commerce Platform is our hyper‑growth business unit that serves restaurants, grocers, and retailers across the United States and abroad. The Digital Ordering portfolio includes Online Ordering, Tableside Order & Pay, Loyalty, CRM, Mobile Apps, and Websites—all designed to maximize sales for merchants while fitting seamlessly into their existing restaurant operations and brand.

About the Role We’re looking for an experienced B2B & SaaS Integrated Marketing leader to define the end‑to‑end integrated marketing strategy and drive pipeline growth for our first‑party, digital products with SMB restaurants. You will work with dedicated teams across Performance, Lifecycle, Content, and Brand to drive awareness, pipeline health, and ultimately, product adoption. In collaboration with Strategy & Ops, Product and Sales, you will translate audience insights into scaled GTM campaigns and demand‑generation experiments.

Responsibilities

Strategize: develop the optimal strategy for DoorDash to enable merchants to build their first‑party channel, using research and insights to understand the merchant audience, their challenges, and pain points and ensuring effective product positioning and messaging.

Build: grow the demand‑generation engine, identify levers to improve product awareness, increase inbound leads, and drive product adoption within the SMB audience in partnership with product, performance, lifecycle, content, and brand marketing. Build and refine the lead pipeline through continuous optimization at every funnel stage, proactively testing and scaling net‑new channels.

Collaborate: influence a highly cross‑functional team to drive growth by partnering with product, sales, strategy & operations, finance, and analytics, navigating conflicting priorities and setting a clear path forward.

Lead: manage, develop, and continue to build a high‑performing team.

Qualifications

8+ years of proven B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a record of launching go‑to‑market campaigns that scale products from 0 to 1.

Proven track record of driving healthy pipeline growth through integrated campaigns and effective demand generation, with deep understanding of how product, performance, lifecycle, content, and brand marketing interrelate.

Problem‑solving mindset based on first principles, customer‑centric, data‑driven, and comfortable working at both strategic and tactical levels.

Experience handling ambiguity, rapid change, and learning, without the need for a strict playbook.

Strong analytical skills: leverage data and analytics to answer complex questions, create compelling narratives, and ground experimentation in business insights and hypotheses.

Collaborative; able to build consensus with large cross‑functional teams and cultivate trusted relationships with senior leaders.

5+ years of team‑management experience, with a proven ability to build, develop, and inspire diverse teams who deliver results.

Compensation Base salary: $149,600—$220,000 USD (localized by work location). Opportunities for equity grants are included. Talk to your recruiter for more details.

Paid Time Off Details

Salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.

Hourly roles: vacation accrues at about 1 hour per 25.97 hours worked; paid sick time accrues at 1 hour per 30 hours worked.
