What You’ll Do As a News Narrative & Editorial Strategy Lead, you will shape CoreWeave’s leadership voice and editorial standards across all communications. You’ll create compelling narratives for media, analysts, policymakers, and industry influencers, and you’ll partner with senior leaders to elevate CoreWeave’s story through messaging, keynotes, op‑eds, scripts, and other high‑visibility moments.

About the Role This position is a hybrid of strategy, editorial craft, and thought partnership. You will ensure consistency, creativity, and clarity in all communications‑driven content, aligning with Marketing on brand strategy while maintaining narrative discipline.

Who You Are

10+ years of experience in executive communications, strategic storytelling, journalism, or editorial roles. Experience in AI, cloud, or deep tech is a strong advantage.

Exceptional writing and editing skills, producing sharp, compelling copy on tight deadlines.

Strong instinct for voice, tone, message discipline, and narrative clarity.

Proven track record of partnering directly with senior leaders and shaping an authentic leadership voice.

Experience building or scaling executive visibility and thought‑leadership programs.

Ability to synthesize complex technical subjects into accessible, resonant narratives.

Deep understanding of the technology media landscape and industry trends.

Collaborative, low‑ego approach and confidence to advise, challenge, and elevate leadership thinking.

Sense of speed, creativity, purpose, grit, and humor.

Preferred

Background in enterprise technology, AI, or cloud infrastructure.

Experience managing agency partners and editorial contributors.

Long‑form writing, speechwriting, or newsroom experience.

Compensation The base salary range is $135,000‑$198,000, determined by knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to base salary, the total rewards package includes discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.

Our Workplace We prioritize a hybrid model but consider full‑remote work for candidates located over 30 miles from an office. New hires will attend onboarding at a Hub within the first month and teams gather quarterly for collaboration.
