Head of B2B Marketing You will own the end-to-end B2B marketing strategy driving top‑of‑funnel growth accelerating new business acquisition and scaling brand authority within the real estate and property technology industries.

As the Head of B2B Marketing you will lead all marketing channels - digital physical and experiential - and create a cohesive well‑performing acquisition engine. You will leverage an existing portfolio of top‑tier clients while opening doors to new opportunities across global markets.

This role is highly strategic and highly hands‑on. You will work directly with leadership play an integral role in shaping the marketing vision and drive initiatives that fuel rapid pipeline growth and industry visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the B2B marketing strategy to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts

Drive top‑of‑funnel generation build pipeline and deliver high‑quality marketing‑qualified leads

Strengthen brand presence across digital physical and partner channels

Lead all inbound and outbound marketing efforts including PR and thought leadership

Manage global marketing budgets resource allocation and ROI analysis

Build a strong B2B content strategy across platforms channels and formats

Plan execute and optimize SEO SEM and paid acquisition campaigns

Create maintain and measure the impact of B2B marketing collateral

Test new channels and report insights for strategic decision‑makingCollaborate with product and stakeholder teams to communicate new releases

Develop and oversee event strategies including industry conferences and activations

Work closely with sales and customer success to align messaging enablement and customer insights

Requirements:

5 years of B2B software marketing experience in fast‑paced or startup environments

Strong expertise in B2B lead generation content marketing and event‑based acquisition

Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets

Proven ability to build inbound and multi‑channel acquisition strategies

Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing funnels

Hands‑on experience with SEO SEM PPC and content workflows

Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce HubSpot preferred)

Experience collaborating with design content product and analytics teams

Skilled at managing competing priorities in a rapidly evolving environment

Proactive hands‑on problem‑solver with strong ownership mindset

Understanding of end‑to‑end marketing workflows and processes

Experience in real estate technology or marketing to landlords / property management companies is a strong plus

This is a New York City based role
