altshare is a global B2B SaaS platform transforming Equity Management, Trustee Services, Stock Administration and Compensation Plan operations for more than 3,000 companies, 150 VC firms, and thousands of beneficiaries worldwide.

We provide an end-to-end, regulation-ready infrastructure that simplifies complex equity workflows and supports organizations at every stage of growth.

We are expanding our U.S. presence with a new office in New York and hiring a marketing leader to build our entire U.S. marketing foundation.

Head of Marketing (U.S. & Global)

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution.

This role includes both building the first integrated marketing function in the U.S. (brand product demand) and leading high-impact initiatives directly until the team scales.

You will work closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and the CEO to align messaging, GTM motions, and revenue goals as we grow our U.S. footprint.

What You’ll Do Build altshare’s first integrated U.S. marketing function across brand, product marketing, demand generation, and content.

Proactively manage the company’s public image and reputation.

Own and manage the full marketing budget and financial requirements.

Define market positioning, differentiation, and GTM strategy for the U.S. market and beyond.

Lead competitive intelligence and market research to support positioning and GTM decisions.

Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to align growth goals, storytelling, and pipeline generation.

Develop and execute campaigns and content that strengthen visibility, credibility, and lead flow.

Establish scalable marketing operations and automation, including CRM and HubSpot workflows.

Create product marketing assets that simplify complex SaaS and fintech offerings (equity management, trustee operations, valuations, broker-dealer services).

Lay the groundwork for building a future U.S. marketing team as the company scales.

Translate high-level company goals into actionable marketing plans, including clear KPIs, performance metrics, and ROI measurement.

What We’re Looking For 6 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including 3 years in a leadership role — ideally within product-led companies or workflow platforms.

Strong product marketing foundation with hands-on operational and/or demand-generation experience.

Proven ability to build from the ground up — both strategic planning and execution.

Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.

Exceptional English writing skills, including messaging, storytelling, and content creation.

Highly analytical mindset with strong capability to measure performance and optimize.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, high-ownership environment.

U.S. market experience – Must

Experience collaborating with GTM, Sales, and Product teams across multiple time zones.
