Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workfront Lead to join our growing Marketing Transformation team. In this strategic role, you will work with top‑tier organizations to lead the design, implementation, integration and optimization of the Adobe Workfront and Fusion solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in marketing business process optimization and design, the Adobe Workfront platform, and key integrations combined with strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities. The role will serve as the primary technical and business authority for Workfront but also the lead for our Content Supply Chain point of view. This role offers the unique opportunity to advise teams and client C‑suite executives on their transformation strategies, helping them design and implement complex programs delivered on the Adobe platform suite.
Key Responsibilities
Define, design and implement scalable Workfront solutions to support enterprise-level workflow management
Define Workfront solutions leveraging leading practice methods and techniques
Design and manage integrations between Workfront and other enterprise systems leveraging Workfront Fusion or other middleware
Leverage APIs and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance user experience
Establish overall standards for Workfront configuration and implementation
Define and refine estimating framework for Workfront projects
Provide thought leadership on leading capabilities and how to leverage AI as part of a Workfront solution
Lead Workfront sales processes including pipeline management and serve as the pursuit leader for key pursuits
Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional value creation and driving new business initiatives
Lead cross‑functional teams and oversee seamless execution of marketing transformation initiatives
Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation
Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital marketing, customer experience, marketing technologies, and AI

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (4‑year degree); Master’s degree preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred
Typically, no less than 8–10 years relevant experience in Workfront implementation
Demonstrated expertise in at least 2–3 of the following specialties: Adobe AEM, Adobe GenStudio, Adobe Firefly
Significant knowledge of B2B or B2C marketing leading practices, processes and technologies to drive customer‑centric solutions
Experience working in marketing, customer‑driven and/or growth projects within technology, telecom, media/entertainment or consumer products/retail industry
Significant people management experience with leading project teams and managing direct reports
Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle
Ability to foster an innovative and inclusive team‑oriented work environment, mentoring junior level consultants
A valid passport and US driver’s license; willingness and ability to travel estimated 50–80% both domestically and internationally

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranges $150,400–$343,600 in the US (specific ranges for metro areas). Includes medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off.
