Position Overview We are seeking a Junior Designer to join our talented team, contributing to the design and execution of luxury hospitality and residential interiors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop creative concepts, refine technical skills, and gain hands-on experience in all phases of the design process. Under the guidance of the Senior Project Designer, Senior Designer, and Designer, you will assist in design development, documentation, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development of conceptual designs, conducting research and producing sketches, renderings, and illustrations.
Assist with FF&E specifications, materials research, and sample organization.
Prepare design drawings, construction documentation, and presentation materials.
Assemble color and materials boards for client presentations.
Communicate with vendors and manufacturers to request samples and gather product information.
Maintain project records, schedules, and internal documentation.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure creative vision aligns with project goals.
Qualifications & Skills
1–2 years of hospitality or high-end residential design experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited program.
Strong design sensibility with experience in concept development, research, and visualization.
Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Team player with excellent collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
