Assoc. Partner Experience Manager, Prime Video Licensing, Analytics, Operations, and Strategy (LASO) Join Amazon as an Associate Partner Experience Manager to help create the future of digital entertainment on Prime Video.

Prime Video is fast becoming one of the major global players in digital entertainment. This role finds innovative and efficient ways to solve customer pain points at root cause and drive insights that lead to new product solutions. You will work cross‑functionally across the Prime Video organization to enhance the customer experience for video providers around the world. The Prime Video Direct (PVD) team is looking for an analytical, driven, and creative candidate to own and support world‑wide Licensing Operations and Strategy for Prime Video Direct.

Key Job Responsibilities

Own the entire PVD publishing pipeline, managing content publishing for all PVD providers across 170+ locales and all offer types (SVOD, TVOD, AVOD).

Act as the operational expert who fields questions from providers and can diagnose and troubleshoot all provider issues—from onboarding and title reviews to encoding, offers creation, reporting, and payments.

Coordinate with major Prime Video teams (Trust and Safety, Partner Marketplace, Catalog Ingestion, FinSys, Partner Account Experience, Finance Operations) when complex problems arise and act as the PVD Account Manager.

Serve as the go‑to person for high‑priority titles experiencing publishing delays or issues.

Qualifications

2+ years of program or project management experience.

Experience working with clients and cross‑functional partners.

Intermediate knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, charts, array formulas, data cleansing).

Experience in a highly analytical, results‑oriented environment.

Experience in requirement gathering and writing clear requirement documents.

Experience with SQL.

Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Customer‑obsessed attitude and ability to influence others.
