Designer
Our client,
an American retailer that owns and operates 4 brands that are well known,
is looking for someone to join their team as a Designer. This role is onsite in San Francisco, California.

Base pay range $45.00/hr - $50.00/hr
*This is a 3-month W2 contract*
Responsibilities
Create innovative design concepts inspired by current and emerging fashion trends.
Produce sketches, mood boards, and seasonal design presentations.
Analyze market and fashion trends to guide design direction.
Collaborate closely with Sourcing and Materials Development teams to ensure design feasibility.
Provide foundational fit and body block information; participate in fit sessions as needed.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to bring concepts from idea to production.
Report directly to the Design Director.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience in fashion or apparel design.
Strong understanding of fabrics, color theory, and garment construction.
Ability to translate trends into commercially relevant designs.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level
