Overview
Director of Enterprise Digital Marketing at Jostens leads enterprise-wide growth across all digital channels. Responsible for email, text, paid media, social, and search strategies, ensuring a cohesive, innovative digital presence that engages customers throughout their journey. Leads a high-performing team and collaborates with Marketing, Sales, IT, Analytics, and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns that build brand awareness, loyalty, and measurable business outcomes. You Will
Lead and innovate across key digital channels. Oversee strategies for email, text, paid social, organic social, influencer marketing, SEO, SEM, and tagging, ensuring campaigns are integrated and high-performing. Own enterprise-wide email marketing. Drive strategy and execution for B2B and B2C, integrating data pipelines (Snowflake), automating workflows, and optimizing accessibility and engagement. Scale SMS marketing strategy. Lead subscriber growth initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with regulations. Drive paid social media performance. Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to optimize ad spend, refine audience targeting, and align creative to campaign goals. Elevate search marketing. Create high-ROI SEO and SEM strategies in partnership with UX and media agencies; continuously monitor performance and competitor landscape. Expand brand reach through influencer and ambassador programs. Build social strategies that connect with parents and students via UGC, school partners, and localized brand ambassadors. Oversee tagging and data integrity. Ensure proper web tagging and pixel placement in partnership with Analytics, IT, and UX to enable data-driven decision-making. Manage people and budgets. Lead 2–3 direct reports, oversee channel budgets, and forecast spend aligned with enterprise goals. Report on performance and share insights. Present data-backed recommendations to executive leaders and stakeholders across the business. Typical/expected % of overnight travel: up to 5%. You Have
Education. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or a related field. Experience. 10+ years in digital marketing or analytics roles, with proven success in retail or consumer brand environments. Channel Mastery. Deep expertise in email, paid and organic social, SEO/SEM, text, and influencer marketing, with a track record of improving performance across the funnel. Analytical Strength. Experience applying advanced analytics, machine learning, or customer insights to optimize marketing impact. Cross-functional Leadership. Strong collaboration skills across departments including IT, Marketing, Analytics, and Legal. Data-Driven Decision Making. Skilled at transforming complex data into actionable business strategies with strong storytelling and executive presentation skills. Tools Proficiency. Expert in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with marketing tools, CRMs, ad platforms, tagging, and analytics systems. Love Where You Work
