Role Overview Own engagement and retention strategy for Lightroom Mobile—defining lifecycle programs that keep free and paid customers active. Align Product, GTM, Growth, ASO, social, and broader marketing teams to execute with clarity. Lead with influence in a matrixed organization to bring direction across differing priorities. This is a staffing role covering a leave of absence from 11/22/2025 to 04/10/2026.
Impact
Own the engagement and retention strategy for Lightroom Mobile, defining lifecycle marketing to keep free and paid users engaged.
Develop and optimize lifecycle tactics including in-app and push notifications and App Store experimentation.
Drive alignment and execution across Product, GTM, Growth, ASO, social, and broader marketing teams.
Lead with influence to bring clarity and direction across teams with differing goals and strong opinions.
Required Qualifications
BA or BS degree.
5–7 years in product marketing, growth marketing, or GTM (consumer tech/mobile subscription preferred).
Strong understanding of mobile marketing and growth.
Proven ability to use product and customer insights to drive lifecycle marketing motions (e.g., push notification strategy, App Store tests).
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and influence in complex, matrixed environments.
Excellent storytelling and communication skills that connect solutions to customer value.
Demonstrated ownership, critical thinking, and customer dedication.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud products (Lightroom, Photoshop).
MBA.
Experience with Microsoft productivity tools (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Background spanning both startups and large organizations; ability to prioritize, move fast, and scale.
Salary and Benefits $67.61/hr - $84.51/hr
