Base pay range $160,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Our client is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead customer value proposition strategy across a suite of consumer products. This role is centered on defining what makes their offerings stand out, sharpening product differentiation, and translating insights into strategic narratives that fuel growth.

The ideal candidate blends strategic rigor with clear storytelling, and knows how to turn market and customer insights into messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and category leadership.

Responsibilities

Define and refine customer value propositions that clearly communicate how the product stands apart in the market

Develop differentiated messaging frameworks rooted in customer needs, competitive insights, and business goals

Shape the product narrative and ensure positioning is consistently reflected across product, marketing, and GTM motions

Identify what makes the product unique and ensure that differentiation shows up across campaigns, product experiences, and communications

Conduct market analysis, customer research, and TAM assessments to identify growth opportunities

Analyze customer segments, switching behavior, and category dynamics to influence product direction

Partner with cross-functional leaders to recommend where to invest, what to build, and how to prioritize based on clear strategic insight

Provide strategic guidance to leadership on market trends, competitive shifts, and whitespace opportunities

Build launch strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and advocacy

Partner with creative, product, and growth teams to bring differentiated positioning to life through bold, compelling campaigns

Create measurement frameworks that connect messaging and positioning to business outcomes, adoption metrics, and brand lift

Requirements

A strategic thinker who knows how to reframe categories, not just ship features

Someone who thrives on clarity, crisp narratives, and bold differentiation

Equally comfortable diving into market data and shaping big-picture storytelling

Highly fluent in competitive landscapes, customer research, and identifying how to win with both loyal users and new audiences

A collaborative leader who can influence product, creative, and executive stakeholders
