Summary
Client is looking for an exceptional and strategic individual to provide subscription marketing support to grow client’s services businesses.
This candidate will work with marketing, product, engineering, design, business development, data analytics, and other teams to drive activation and subscription of various entertainment and sports subscriptions.
This is a contract position located in Culver City, California.
Client is looking for someone who thrives in a quick moving environment and has a knack for identifying ways to support and help people get things done more efficiently.
Clients believe the role would place candidate in a highly energized environment with some of the most creative individuals in the industry.
Key Qualifications
Strong understanding of subscription and/or recurring revenue models for entertainment or sports-related businesses.
At least 5 years’ experience building out unique acquisition and testing strategies geared at optimizing conversion, subscription, and revenue, both on- and off-platform.
Strong understanding of A/B testing and data-driven optimization marketing.
Analytical problem solver with a track record of success in developing and optimizing marketing strategies and programs that drive customer acquisition.
Meticulous and comfortable with heavy operations-focused and documentation-dependent workstreams.
Strategic approach and ability to collaborate to drive cross-functional execution of effective marketing programs.
Works collaboratively under pressure, with experience working on complex, large-scale, time-critical projects.
Consistently contributes positively in a high-paced, constantly evolving environment and is willing to roll up candidate’s sleeves and tackle whatever task is necessary.
Sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to handle a variety of matters at once in a fast-paced environment.
Can create, build, and cultivate positive interpersonal relationships, is flexible in nature, and can maintain both a sense of humility and of humor.
Education and Experience
BA/BS required.
5 years of demonstrated work experience at an agency, a media/entertainment brand or a technology company doing subscription growth-related marketing.
