We’re looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Specialist (Contractor) to accelerate enterprise growth across the AMER West region. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Sr Field Marketing Manager to execute impactful regional programs that drive pipeline and revenue for the Central and West sales teams. What you\'ll do
Own end-to-end execution
of field and strategic events — from planning and logistics to lead routing, campaign tracking, and pipeline measurement. Track and optimize campaign performance , identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve velocity and ROI. Adapt quickly
to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment — keeping execution smooth and results-focused. Lead event communications
before and after each program for both internal and external audiences. Build repeatable processes
and documentation that enhance operational efficiency and reduce ad hoc execution. Collaborate cross-functionally
with Lifecycle Marketing, ABM, and Demand Gen teams to align programs with broader GTM strategies. Champion innovation , leveraging automation and AI tools to streamline workflows and boost campaign performance. Maintain Salesforce campaign structures , ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across the funnel. Who you are
Experienced:
4+ years in B2B field marketing or demand generation for enterprise SaaS or software, with a proven record of driving pipeline and revenue impact. Strategic & hands-on:
Equally comfortable designing campaigns and rolling up your sleeves to execute them flawlessly. Sales-aligned:
Known for building strong, trust-based partnerships with sales teams to achieve shared goals. Event-savvy:
Skilled in running account-based programs, executive roundtables, webinars, and both in-person and virtual events. Data-driven:
Comfortable using analytics to guide decisions; proficient with Salesforce, Looker, Sales Navigator, and event platforms (e.g., Splash). Tech-forward:
Familiar with ABM tools like 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus — and curious about using AI to enhance marketing performance. Organized & agile:
Able to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and timelines while maintaining excellence and adaptability. Collaborative communicator:
Strong storyteller and project manager who can align stakeholders and bring ideas to life. Bonus points:
