About the Role The TikTok Ads Creative and Ecosystem team is seeking an experienced Product Marketing and Operations Manager who will be focused on Partner Success. This role is critical in providing operational support throughout the product development lifecycle and ensuring success across key products and business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the generative AI landscape and a proven track record in business development or partnerships.
Responsibilities
Drive execution of go-to-market plans to support the launch and adoption of Generative AI products and new features
Analyze user behavior, inbound feedback, and market signals to surface insights that help shape product direction and decisions
Uncover new product and business opportunities through a mix of data-driven research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, UX, Communications, Sales, and Strategy—to align on priorities and bring features to market effectively
Support relationship-building efforts with external AI partners to enhance our product ecosystem and unlock co-development potential
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of work experience in a product marketing/operations role in AI landscape, or roles in the tech/ad industry
Passion to learn and use AI products
Self-starter with strong project management skills, ability to grasp the core context, identify key risks, and cooperate with all parties to achieve goals.
Analytical, data-sensitive, and goal-driven.
Comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial and error iterations, and constantly improving.
Great communicator and team player.
Comfortable navigating global organizational structures and aligning objectives with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in Mandarin to allow for cross-functional collaboration on a global scale.

Job Information Compensation: The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103,200 - $244,889 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day‑one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure). The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
