Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Audience Development Marketing As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager driving Go To Markets (GTM), you will be a core member of the Audience Development Marketing team. You will be responsible for GTM strategy and execution for Amazon Music artist, content, and music industry fan experiences. We are seeking a seasoned product marketer who is creative, strategic, and has a core understanding of the optimal customer mobile app experience. You will work cross‑functionally with product managers to set the product roadmap and develop and launch new product features that surprise, delight, and engage our customers. You will also collaborate with other marketing teams (social, brand, paid marketing channels, promotions, etc.) to develop global GTM strategies that drive feature awareness, adoption, and retention across all devices.

This role is highly visible and requires the ability to thrive in ambiguity, earn trust with cross‑functional teams and leaders, influence across levels, and juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be an excellent oral and written communicator with high creativity, independence, backbone, flexibility, and attention to detail. Although this is a global role, you will work with regional marketing and product teams to adapt global GTM strategies for local customers and comply with local regulations.

Key job responsibilities

Develop and deliver GTM strategies and frameworks that are scalable and repeatable across various product feature launches.

Conduct customer research to develop insights and enhanced brand positioning to stay competitive in the growing MSP space.

Oversee strategy, execution, and performance of cross‑channel global marketing plans to build awareness, adoption, and engagement of key features.

Partner with product teams to develop product roadmaps for features designed to drive Monthly Active Users (MAUs), Listening Hours, and enhance the customer experience on Amazon Music.

Collaborate with Amazon Music Industry and Artist Relations teams to better integrate music and podcast artist content into the customer experience.

Develop compelling GTM creative assets (video, social, owned & operated) in partnership with creative designers.

Provide copywriting guidance

Advocate for the optimal customer experience when working on UX design with product teams.

Drive regular reviews of roadmap progress and results with leadership across marketing, subscriptions tech, and product. Basic Qualifications

6+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).

Experience building, executing, and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs.

Experience leading go‑to‑market for consumer software or hardware product launches.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for data analysis.

Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
