Role Overview We are seeking a forward‑thinking Head of Global Paid Search- SEM who thrives at the intersection of AI‑enhanced Paid Search and Organic Search Intelligence. You will drive unified global performance across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and help coordinate with SEM channels, building scalable strategies that evolve with platform automation, search UX changes, and AI advancements.

You’ll be responsible for both hands‑on execution and strategic leadership, owning cross‑channel performance for Observability, ITSM, and Database product lines across NA, EMEA, and APAC.

Core Responsibilities

Paid Search (Google Ads + Bing Ads + Search Ads 360)

Lead execution of high‑budget search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads globally

Build and optimize campaigns leveraging :

Enhanced Conversions (Google Ads + Salesforce integration)

Google AI Overviews : awareness and readiness

Performance Max and Demand Gen campaign architecture

Custom and prebuilt Google Ads scripts for automation

Smart Signals and automated bidding strategies

Search Ads 360 for campaign governance, budget management, and cross‑channel attribution

Identify and test new features in Google Ads beta programs

People management experience : ability to manage an existing team

Organic Search (SEO)

Partner with the SEO team to align on :

Keyword targeting across paid and organic (Total Search strategy)

Google Search Console analysis to inform content and paid keyword prioritization

Page‑level insights to inform Builder.io campaign landing pages

Use shared data (e.g., query overlaps, impression share loss) to orchestrate channel synergy

Data, Automation & AI Integration

Collaborate with Marketing Ops and Analytics to :

Implement and maintain Enhanced Conversion tracking tied to Salesforce lead lifecycle stages

Develop dynamic dashboards and reporting frameworks
