Color matching and pattern knowledge are vital for complex repairs, with each job offering different design, sheen, and materials. Qualifications Hands-on experience doing manual work (construction, manufacturing, painting, sculpting, etc.) Facilities maintenance background is helpful but not required Ability to see, distinguish, and replicate colors; color matching is integral About Surface Experts Surface Experts is a comprehensive hard surface repair company.
