Vice President of Talent Acquisition at SBH Fashion
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and curate engaging content for daily posts across all of the brand’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
- Own all social media content calendar creation and execution.
- Assist in planning and coordinating photoshoots.
- Ideate and craft eye‑catching and trendsetting reels/TikToks that showcase our products and brand essence.
- Work with design team to create aesthetically pleasing visual assets that align with the brand’s identity.
- Lead UGC/ad content acquisition strategy and work with paid media buyer to apply best‑practice paid media strategies, continually learning from our results.
Brand Voice & Personality
- Work with our copywriter to ensure every social media post and engagement has the unique voice and personality of the brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Act as the brand guardian, ensuring all content is on‑brand, consistent in style, quality, tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience.
Community Sentiment
- Respond to all comments & DMs on all paid and organic channels (including whitelist and influencer content).
- Work with customer care team on overall customer sentiment.
- Keep a pulse on industry trends and how we should position our product against competing products on social media.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews, utilizing metrics to gauge the success of our campaigns.
- Continuously optimize our strategies by understanding and leveraging analytics.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in creating compelling content across social media platforms.
- An innate eye for design and the ability to translate creative ideas into stunning posts.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc., is a plus.
- A keen understanding of current social media trends.
- Willingness to work across teams and take on a startup mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities efficiently.
Salary
$70,000–$85,000
