Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy.
Identify growth opportunities across targeted industries, end users, channel partners, EPC’s, engineering firms, and contractors.
Drive brand differentiation by highlighting engineering, specifications, quality, certifications, durability, and application expertise.
Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to understand technical specifications, testing standards, certification requirements, and use cases.
Produce detailed product collateral including spec sheets, cut sheets, application guides, hazardous compliance material, and launch packages.
Build, support, and track marketing programs tailored for rep agencies, distributor networks, and channel partners.
Create distributor toolkits, training materials, co-branded content, and sales enablement resources.
Strengthen agent engagement through campaigns, newsletters, webinars, and launch communications.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in B2B or industrial manufacturing marketing; lighting/electrical experience strongly preferred.
Understanding of hazardous-location requirements (Class/Division/Zone ratings) or experience marketing regulated/industrial products.
Experience working with agency networks, distributors, or channel-driven sales models.
Strong technical communication skills.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, analytics, and content creation.
Preferred Experience in LED lighting, electrical components, industrial equipment, or safety products.
Experience managing hybrid marketing and product marketing teams.
