About the Role

We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager passionate about changing the way people live through technology.
Hybrid role: 2–3 days per week in the office at North Phoenix near Deer Valley Airport (85027).

What you'll be doing
- Storytelling: creating and repurposing engaging content that resonates with target audiences (senior living communities and technology stakeholders) and inspires them to take action.
- Own development and execution of comprehensive marketing and sales enablement materials, events, and sponsorships in support of new project deliveries.
- Create and execute marketing plans and strategies, identifying a target and determining messaging to achieve the desired goal for the audience.
- Work collaboratively with supporting teams (sales, technical, and management) to drive business growth and develop relevant, appealing content; building materials the inside sales team can use to increase prospect engagement.
- Develop consistent, concise messaging to promote brand values across all communication channels and media.
- Assist in market segmentation efforts to deepen understanding of the target audience by managing data.
Ideal experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 3+ years of experience in developing content for campaigns (must provide portfolio or work samples), creating and executing social media engagement strategies.
- 2+ years of experience running and managing campaigns, social media, and creating videos.
- Working with HubSpot, the Adobe suite, and using AI tools.
