Team: Business Process Optimization within the Supply Chain division, supporting Strategic Sourcing teams across global regions

Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a Minnesota Fortune 500 company and support global learning and training initiatives.
This hybrid role blends technical platform ownership with instructional design expertise. The LMS/LXP Administrator & Instructional Designer will configure, manage, and maintain online learning platforms for internal employees and external partners. This role also builds and curates eLearning content that increases knowledge, improves productivity, and strengthens training programs across the global supply base. Strong project management capability is essential, as this person will autonomously scope work, manage timelines, and drive continuous improvement.
Project Management Scope, prioritize, and manage projects independently from kickoff through delivery
Apply industry best practices, emerging technology, and learner feedback to enhance training methods
Use continuous improvement tools to identify process gaps and document new standards
Develop and distribute user communications regarding platform updates and course releases
Ensure projects meet cost, quality, and timeline expectations
Learning Management System Administration Manage user accounts, permissions, and course enrollment
Load and maintain SCORM/xAPI content, configure system settings, and optimize LMS structure
Troubleshoot platform and user issues, coordinating with vendors and IT teams as needed
Provide direct support for learner inquiries and proactively address FAQs
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to guide business units on curriculum structure and best practices
Track, analyze, and consult on training metrics, dashboards, and reporting
Instructional Design & eLearning Development Design and produce engaging eLearning content using Articulate 360, Storyline, and Rise
Develop objectives, outlines, and evaluation criteria for courses
Support stakeholders in delivering training by offering guidance on curriculum design
Ensure training integrates seamlessly with LMS/LXP platforms and related software tools
Create learning solutions for both internal employees and global supply base partners
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Training & Development, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
Minimum 3 years of LMS administration and instructional design experience
Corporate training development experience strongly preferred
Powersports or Supply Chain experience a plus
Ability to design, develop, and deliver training programs for various levels of leaders, managers, employees, and external partners
Experience leading projects end-to-end with strong ownership and autonomy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
Technical Skills Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise
Adobe Creative Cloud (Captivate, Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere)
SCORM, xAPI standards
Experience with LMS integrations and collaboration with IT teams
