Responsibilities Program, market and execute a calendar of events including mixers, music, large groups, on‑premise event activations and dinner pairings. Program, market and execute ongoing weekly promotions and offers. Develop new monthly or quarterly events. Create and implement creative digital campaigns and onsite shareable moments. Track metrics and success of marketing campaigns. Collaborate and advise on social and digital plans and strategies. Work with graphic design team to create advertising campaigns. Create and implement media buys and annual budgets across print, outdoor, social, digital and on‑property casino/hotel media. Coordinate with property and corporate marketing/operations teams and executives to finalize all plans and proposals. Attend and facilitate weekly meetings with property and Senior Marketing Director/Operations teams. Conduct weekly visitations to hotel and casino departments and local targets. Fulfill content calendars. Capture own photos and implement photographer’s photos. Use Canva to create content. Execute Facebook & Instagram ads; assist with Adroll if set up by Director. Monitor & maintain all online presence. Adhere to a scheduled day‑time office hours (TBD) and evening or weekend event execution and networking on property. Follow all company, division, department and county health department procedures and policies. Conform to department grooming standards, uniform/attire and jewelry policy. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge of advertising platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other advertising platforms. Campaign management skills: setting up ad campaigns, creating ad copy, selecting targeting options and monitoring results. Analytical skills: data analysis to optimize campaigns and make informed budget and targeting decisions. Creative skills: ability to create compelling ad copy and visuals. Technical skills: set up tracking and conversion pixels, troubleshoot technical issues. Budget management: manage budgets effectively and allocate funds for high ROI campaigns. Knowledge of digital marketing trends and new advertising formats. Communication skills: effectively communicate with clients or team members about performance and recommendations. Adaptability: adapt quickly to changes such as algorithm updates or user behavior shifts. SEO knowledge: keyword research, on‑page optimization, technical SEO, content creation, link building, analytics and reporting. Local SEO skills: optimize Google My Business listings and build local citations. Social media platform expertise: Facebook, Twitter, and active participation on social media. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication with high‑level executive team. Flexible schedule and ability to work in a high‑stress, high‑volume environment. Experience working in dynamic environments with frequent change. Good communication skills; multilingual is a plus. Proficiency in reading and writing English. Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in nightclubs, restaurants, retail or related internship, or university coursework. Physical ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs on a tray or in arm service where applicable. Physical ability to walk or stand without assistance on various surfaces for extended periods. Professional grooming consistent with department standards. Extensive knowledge of food and wine and ability to confidently speak on and properly serve such items.
